Fast Track to College Act of 2011 (HR.925)

Allows the Secretary of Education to create six-year grants to support early college high schools that have partnered with institutions of higher education or other dual enrollment programs that give students the opportunity to earn credits toward their high school diploma while also earning post secondary credits.
