Federal Employees Paid Parental Leave Act of 2011 (HR.616)

To amend the Congressional Accountability Act of 1995 and the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993, so that four of twelve administrative weeks provided for parental leave are allocated as paid parental leave for federal employees.
